When you purchase an emmi-PET ultrasonic toothbrush, you are investing in patented, high-quality German engineering. To ensure your peace of mind, all emmi-PET 2.0 and emmi-PET PRO toothbrush handpieces and charging docks come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty as standard. 

What is Covered: This warranty covers any technical, electrical, or structural component failures resulting from genuine manufacturing defects. 

What is Excluded: Consistent with standard electronics warranties, it does not cover consumable parts (such as replacement brush heads), damage caused by dropping the unit, fluid ingress into sealed electronic chambers from improper submersion, or generic wear and tear from everyday use.

How to Claim: Keep your proof of purchase safe! In the unlikely event that your device experiences a technical issue, simply contact our support team with your receipt details, and we will guide you through the official manufacturer testing and replacement protocol.


Change of Mind Returns

Due to the strict hygiene and health standards associated with pet oral care products, we can only accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The product must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Please note: Opened or used emmi-PET toothbrushes, toothpaste, or brush heads cannot be returned for a change of mind due to health and cross-contamination risks.
